Taken ages ago, but just recently came across it in my photo folder.
Concept was a portrait with focus on the fact that this particular cat is more aligned to darkness and shadow than her brother, so contrast was primarily what I was concerned with. I couldn't use flash, however, because it would've A) scared her away B)possibly create too much luminance from the feline version of red eye if she happened to look toward the camera. Also unfortunate was my choice of resolution. No idea why I shot at such a low quality...made it almost unbearably grainy. Oh, her name's Boing, if you're curious. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces.
